Dream Journal

Ive decided that this blog is also going to be part of my Dream Journal, maybe I will expand on this idea once I see how it goes. I will have a tip on dream recall at the end of each entry to try to get other people to do it also. Well, its late and I hope I will have something to enter in tomorrow morning, so for now I will offer the first tip. P.S. Anime Review coming tomorrow.

Dream Tip:

Make sure you are completely relaxed during sleep, try thinking out loud that you will remember your dreams as you sleep tonight, immediately when you wake up write down keywords/events that occurred in your Dream(s) this is the time when dream recall is prime.

Wtf, mate?!

All I gotta say is....WoW....and I don't mean Warcraft.

No but really, it bothers me to see everyone standing around like this is some Playboy bunny whose jugs just flopped out at a bachelor party. Personally, I would of been out of the room as soon as that behemoth would of tried to mount the bull, im just susprised the suspension is even holding. And not even gonna ask why nobody is puking is total and utter horror at such a freakshow....horrific...but funny.

Seto No Hanayome Episode 1 Review

Heh, this is the main character, Nagasumi Michishio the protagonist of this show. As you can plainly see he goes from being a happy go lucky teenage kid, to being jacked up against the wall while he is crying like a bitch....shit happens I guess.


One day while on vacation, Teenage boy Nagasumi Michishio was drowning off the coast of Seto island. Luckily, he got rescued at the last minute by the mermaid San Seto. Being saved from drowning was great and all, but as it turns out, mermaids have a bunch of really strict rules about not being found out by humans.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seto_no_Hanayome)


This is one of the screenshots that sold me. This web page can't really render in full quality but the sunlight streaming through the water caressing San Seto's body is very beautiful, in contrast to the zany FLCL type animation that is prevalent throughout the rest of the show.





Wtf is this about?!?! Mermaid girl ripping off clothing with empty doll like eyes and a glued on smile?? Is this anime with his childlike comedy and gut busting parody really hentai in disguise?? I dunno, but lets hope so.

And below us we see mermaid-girl's dad, I'm sure you can figure out which deranged fool it is. Lets just say that he's the Uncle you hide the booze from at the family cookout.












All in all, for the first episode I give Seto No Hanayome a 8.5 out of 10. It has great drawing and animation, to the point where you feel like you would reach out and touch the screen and your hands would get wet. The music from the opening sounds like a beach band; with all the opening characters apart of the jam. I have no idea if the anime will expand upon this band concept but I certainly hope not. It would seem to be just a little too weird for me....even for an anime. So if your looking something to pack your pipe up to and have some genuine laughs off Japanese animation then follow this link today and get watchin'. =)

Egg Salad Sandwich:

Boil 2 eggs for 10 min.

Run hot eggs over cold water until you can shell them.

Put shell's in garden or garbage.

Mix eggs with a ample amount of salad dressing(Mayo if no SD).

Get bread and slather with eggy goodness.

Devour.
